I am taking the classes from another institution but there lectures are very bad and boring ,so I attend the free classes of Vsmart. Hi Team,I had ordered couple of books vide Ref no 96335 and 96904 i.e the IDT Booster and the Q & A book respectivelty for CA Final November 2020. In this COVID situation, it was very difficult for me to collect the books from the city office i.e. Prestige Point. I had requested the pick-up from Abhimanashree Office, as I stay near by i.e. in NCL.MS. Yogita Yadav was very co-operative and patient to understand my problem in travelling to city . office.She arranged the books in Abhimanashree office and saved my time. I was not much aware about the classes then watched some of the demo lecutres. Then I bought the lectures and faced some technical issues then from somewhere I got the number of Mr.Sundeep singh sir. One of the best technical supporter in each and every manner i had ever seen They are so calm and ready to help you in each and every manner is worth appreciating. Sundeep sir suggested one technical mam name Vaishali from pune branch related to my issue the mam was nearly 45 minutes on call with me but not a single time she told you try, or anything related to postpont of work. Honestly worth appreciating. V smart has got one the best faculties but the precious techinical team. Loved to be student of one of the gem classes in india .V smart academy❤
